Words of Wisdom

Dr John Demartini

Thinking teleologically means that we see every obstacle in our path as on the way, rather than in the way. When we encounter a difficulty or a challenge, we don’t ask, “Why is this obstacle keeping me from achieving my goal?” We ask, “How is this apparent obstacle helping me get to my goal? What missing piece of achieving my life’s purpose is this apparent obstacle supplying? What help is this ‘obstacle’ providing that I didn’t even know I required? How is this obstacle secretly offering me many, many benefits that will actually help me achieve my purpose in a fuller or more complete way?”

Make your mind up about what you believe God is going to do for you, and don’t get off of it!

Anthony Robbins

"So often we’re seduced into believing that events control our lives and that our environment has shaped who we are today. No greater lie was ever told. It’s not the events of our lives that shape us, but our beliefs as to what those events mean."
