STAY FOCUSED

 

DO YOU SOMETIMES HAVE TO MUCH ON YOUR “TO DO LIST” AND ON YOUR MIND? AND NOT GETTING EVERYTHING DONE? HERE IS SOME GREAT TIPS TO GET BACK YOUR FOCUS AND BALANCE INTO YOUR LIFE.

  1. SET GOALS FOR EACH DAY: CONSENTRATE ON THE SMALL STUFF FIRST AND GET IT DONE WHILE KEEPING YOUR EYE ON YOUR FINAL GOAL/OUTCOME
  2. SET A PLAN OF ACTION: HAVE A STRATEGY TO REACH YOUR GOALS. TAKE INSPIRED ACTION, BUT ALSO TAKE THE FIRST STEP. TAKE ACTION EVERY DAY!
  3. MAKE TIME EVERYDAY FOR ACTIVE MEDITATION: JOGGING, PAINTING, BATHING, WALKING, GARDENING, BEING/DOING CREATIVE THINGS AND INACTIVE MEDITATION: TAKE TIME ALONE TO, LISTEN TO MUSIC, DO NOT TAKE PART IN ANY ACTIVITIES, HAVE SOME ME-TIME ALONE AND JUST BE. FEEL AND EXPERIENCE THE PRESENCE OF GOD, TOTALY SURRENDER AND JUST LET GO. RELAX AND HAVE FUN WHILE DOING IT.
  4. HAVE A SUPPORT SYSTEM IN PLACE: FRIENDS, MENTORS AND/COACH.
  5. HAVE A JOURNAL TO REVIEW YOUR PROGRESS. THIS WILL HELP YOU TO STAY FOCUSED AND DETERMINED. WE AS HUMAN BEINGS NEED TO SEE A REPORT OF OUR PROGRESS.
  6. INSPIRE YOURSELF: READ INSPIRING REAL LIFE STORIES RATHER THAN THE NEWS PAPER, WATCH INSPIRING MOVIES RATHER THAN THE NEWS. ASK YOURSELF INPIRING QUESTIONS WITH A GOOD DOSE OF QUALITY AFFIRMATIONS EVERY MORNING.
  7. DO MORE TO GET TO KNOW AND IMPROVE YOURSELF: THERE IS SO MANY SEMINARS AND SELF-HELP COURSES AVAILABLE.
  8. GET MORE SPIRITUAL: WE ARE SPIRIT BEINGS HAVING A HUMAN EXPERIENCE. START FEEDING AND GROW IN YOUR SPIRIT BEING. TAKE TIME TO GET TO KNOW YOUR CREATOR.
  9. REWARD YOURSELF AT THE END OF EACH DAY FOR THE THINGS YOU ACCOMPLISED THE DAY. CELEBRATE YOUR EVERYDAY VICTORIES AND ONCE AGAIN HAVE FUN!!
